Refund & Return Policy

At VitaMain, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable experience with every order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (health and personal consumption), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

This is to maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a request, email us at outreach.trucare@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging
